FAQs

Got Questions? You’re not alone. Here are some FAQ’s:

React & Win (the “REACT” app) is a FREE app that rewards you for paying attention to specially marked RXP ads and React Prize Pods. RXP stands for “Reactive XPeriential”- ads that provide a fun and rewarding experience when you pay close attention and then react by playing a quick game show about the RXP sponsor(s).

And YES, the REACT app and Game Shows are free. All you pay… is ATTENTION.

Sponsors fund the prizes we award, and in exchange, we provide them with anonymized reports (by age, gender and geographic region) about how well their ads perform. Viewers of RXPs pay closer attention and let us know if they like the commercials and if they understand the product and its features. That’s valuable to brands, and prizes are their way of saying “Thank you.”

We do NOT provide any personally identifiable information about our “Reacters” unless you opt-in for an offer or win a prize that is fulfilled by the Sponsor.

So, there’s no catch. We believe you deserve to be rewarded for engaging – and our Sponsors agree!

Tap the “WATCH” tab in the REACT app, for a list of upcoming TV and streaming programs featuring RXPs. You’ll also find RXP’s in our free live sports app called Super Squares®.  

We award real prizes and need to avoid bots and other malicious ways people try to game the system. Registration data lets us know if you are an adult living in eligible regions. We also need to reach you when you win, so email and phone numbers are the best ways to go.
Before you play an RXP game, you’ll see the Grade and Score you’ll need to be eligible to win. At the end of each contest cycle, each Sponsor’s prizes are awarded by randomly selecting players who have answered an RXP question about that Sponsor. Then, the player’s results must pass 3 skill levels –
  • Did they answer the PRIZE SPONSOR’S question correctly?
  • Did they answer THE REMAINING questions to score the minimum Grade?
  • Did they meet or beat the minimum SCORE (tied to completing all questions within a reasonable timeframe)?
If they passed all three skill levels, their entry is a “Qualified Entry,” and they become a Potential Winner (awaiting verification and acceptance of their prize). If they don’t pass the three skill levels, it is an “Ineligible Entry.” This process continues until all Sponsors’ prizes are awarded. Finally, some RXP Contests also award significant prizes to the top 1-5 players who collect the MOST Qualified Entries without any Ineligible Entries over the entire contest period. There may even be matching prizes offered to the player who REFERRED winners to React & Win. Within 48 hours of the completion of a Contest, Potential and Alternate Winners are selected, and notified via a push notification to your mobile device, and a message notification inside the REACT app. You’ll generally have 14 days to accept the prize, or it may be awarded to an Alternate Winner. For prizes in excess of $600, we will contact you directly, where special rules and fulfillment requirements will apply. Winners are announced inside the “WIN” tab of the REACT app 48 hours after a contest ends. NOTE: Always check the Official Rules for each contest for full details.
Prizes are typically awarded as digital codes, and along with redemption instructions, are delivered into your “Prize Vault” within the “WIN” tab between four to six weeks after you’ve accepted your prize. Larger prizes may be delivered to your home – this will be coordinated via email and telephone.

We reward you and make it easy to tell your friends about RXPs and React Prize Pods. And during special “Buddy Prize” events, you (as their “Buddy”) win when the Friends you invite win!

Use the “INVITE FRIENDS” link inside the REACT app menu, to email, text or use social media to invite your friends to register, and give YOU credit as their “BUDDY.” As we like to say, “Be a Buddy – tell a Friend!” A Buddy is an EXISTING registered player (i.e. YOU) who TELLS SOMEONE NEW ABOUT REACT before they register. When your Friend then registers and enters your Screen Name as the player who referred them, you become their Buddy (forever!) and they are listed as your “Friend” in the REACT app.

Then, during some RXP contests, you’ll find “Matching Buddy” prizes are available (such as the Top Qualified Winner prizes), where being someone’s Buddy provides YOU with a chance to win whatever your Friends wins. So – be sure to tell all your friends to become a Reacter and make YOU their Buddy… before someone else does!

RXP GAME PLAY

The REACT app’s scanner immediately starts the game, and gives you credit for your results. If you scan React QR codes with your smart phone’s camera, it won’t know who you are, or the game that matches the code, so it will send you to the app store to download the app.

So once you’ve downloaded and registered inside REACT, use it whenever you want to Watch, React and Win. 

Just below the QR code on TV, you’ll see a 5-character React Code. Just tap “Enter React Code” at the bottom of the screen, and then type the React Code and tap “GO.” You’re in the game!

While the Official Rules for each contest may be different, usually you can only scan and play the QR code for an RXP Game once.  But – the next time you see the React Prize Pod, it will have a new QR code and you can play again. The more RXP games you play, the more entries you will have.

There’s 3 things we suggest to increase your likelihood of posting a winning score.

  1. Relax. It’s a blast to play, so don’t get stressed out. The RXP quizzes are about the important things inside of each ad. After you’ve played a couple times, you’ll get in the groove. Have fun!
  2. Don’t skip the ads – pay attention instead! You’ll recognize an RXP as soon as the commercial starts. So put down the remote, open the React App, and learn about the brands that make reacting and winning so rewarding.
  3. Read ALL the choices before making a selection. You don’t have to be a speed reader to post a winning score, but you DO need to get your answer correct. Watch for answers like “All of these” or “None of these” instead of choosing the first right answer you see.
When you React by rating a commercial, or answering a Quiz question, your Score is immediately credited. If you don’t see as many points as you thought, it’s because you may not have rated an RXP ad in time, answered one or more question incorrectly, or didn’t reply to an offer or survey question.

We scrub all of our questions carefully and try hard not to make mistakes – but they may happen. While there is no way to change an answer, and decisions are final, in the rare event we do make a mistake, we’d like to hear from you. The first player to accurately report an error in our quiz questions will receive our admiration, appreciation and… a $20 gift card!

MISCELLANEOUS

No, once you are a Reacter you are actually pre-registered to play any RXP game inside the REACT app. Your Screen Name and password will allow you to play any other app powered by React, LLC, including Super Squares®. In fact, if you were a Super Squares player BEFORE the REACT app was introduced, your Super Squares credentials are all you need to React & Win – no need to re-register.
Currently, Screen Names must be unique, clean, and unchanging. Birthdays and Full Names cannot be edited for security reasons. We DO support changing your phone number, email address, and physical mailing address – just tap the Settings button inside the app.
It could have been us – perhaps your Screen Name was deemed to be profane, confusing, or used a trademark of another company? We reserve the right to modify Screen Names in such an event. If you want a new one, why not drop us a note in the Contact Us section, and we’ll see if we can try again.
